Do you have the fastest turtle?  Open to everyone of all ages, prizes will be awarded at 2:30 p.m. for the fastest turtles, and best dressed.  Decorate your turtle in any non-toxic way and show them off.  Deadline for Entry is 11:45 a.m. the day of the race all turtles must be in place by 11:55 a.m.  Judging for best dressed will begin at noon immediately followed by the race.

"Centennial Quilts"

This is our Second Annual ONE DAY show and will again be under a tent in the yard of the Museum located at 301 E. Broadway.  No registration fee is required.  Donations are appreciated.

 

There will be competition judged by the public as "Peoples Choice."  Ribbons will be awarded.  Categories are Bed Quilt, Baby/Juvenile Quilt or Wall Hanging/Art Decor.  The top winners in each category will compete for "Best of Show".

 

All entries MUST be registered no later than May 25 at 4:00 pm.  All quilt entries MUST be presented to the Museum no later than 4:00 pm on Friday, June 8.  Entries will be securely locked in the Museum over night.

 

All entries will be released to the owner from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Saturday, June 9. You MUST have with you your "Permission to pick up entry form."  No entry will be released without this form.  Any entry left at the Museum over two weeks becomes the property of the Museum.
